Our mission is to empower you to navigate life's complexities with grace and resilience. We're committed to knitting together communities where support is mutual and every interaction enriches our collective journey. We envision a world grounded in compassion, where every transition is an opportunity for growth, and no one journeys alone. That's the future we're building—one family at a time.

The purpose of Silver Compassion Services is to revolutionize the way individuals and communities approach life's inevitable transitions. By embedding the principles of compassion, mutual support, and intentional living into the fabric of community life, we aim to mitigate the challenges posed by change, turning potential obstacles into opportunities for connection and growth. Our purpose extends beyond mere assistance; it is about instilling a sense of belonging, empowering individuals to contribute to and benefit from a community that values every member's well-being. We are dedicated to providing the tools, resources, and support necessary for people to construct a life that reflects their deepest desires and values, surrounded by a community that nurtures and sustains them through every phase of life.

Spreading Compassion: Everything we do is grounded in the Charter for Compassion. We affirm the Charter for Compassion and intentionally strive to show compassion, reduce suffering and help every person thrive in life. Click the link to learn more about the Charter for Compassion.
Fostering Community Support. Every expression of a Life Compass Plan can be contextualized within a community - whether in person or online. Individuals can choose to use our Life Planning protocol alone, but they will always have the opportunity to join with others in our network at any time.
Following a Higher Standard. We are aligned with the principles of a B-Corp and 501c3:
Everybody earns a living wage;
Everything we do is for the good of the earth; and,
Our primary goal is to channel resources to the elderly poor and those who will benefit from compassionate communities of mutual support but may not have the ability to pay.
Delivering Professionalism. Individuals who work for and represent Life Compass Plan will consistently:
Create a non-anxious presence when working with individuals, families and groups;
Have the ability to think and guide systemically through each stage of life; and,
Be extensively trained in the complex world of aging and possess a thorough understanding of the programs, products and services available in the market.
Maintain current knowledge of research and trends in healthy aging across all the life stages, with a strong emphasis on holistic and relational well being.

Inspired by George Fuller’s pioneering Silver Compassion work, our journey began in 2016, culminating in the 2021 publication of “Life Compass Living: A Guide for Growing Up and Growing Old Together.”
Silver Compassion Services is a 501(c)(3), with a mission to equip compassionate communities of mutual support. We have a team of gifted professionals ready to expand our capacity to accomplish our mission using the proven process and the collected wisdom and resources. We have invitations to partner with organizations, communities, and families to equip a host of people to teach and build the relationships necessary to realize our hopes as people and an organization.
During 2023, we embarked on three pilot programs across the state of North Carolina and will expand these pilots in larger communities in September of 2024. We initiated partnerships with technology companies and developed internal systems that allow us to scale the work that we are doing and expand it as we are able. We trained 12 seasoned professionals to serve as guides and brought on a Chief Operating Officer to help guide the process as we continue to grow. There is a tremendous need for this work and we are humbled by the response that we have received in these pilot projects. And there is more that can be done!
As we move forward, our mission remains steadfast: To create a supportive network that transforms life’s inevitable transitions into opportunities for connection and growth.
